This cookie policy explains how Nebuly S.r.l., with registered office at Piazza Carlo Emanuele II, 19, 10123 Turin, Italy (“Nebuly”), uses cookies and similar technologies on the website www.nebuly.com (the “Site”). It supplements Nebuly’s privacy policy published on the Site.

1. Cookies and Consent

1.1 Cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as pixels and local storage, work in the same way and are treated as cookies in this policy. Some cookies are set by Nebuly, others by third-party providers through the Site.

1.2 Consent. Strictly necessary cookies are used without your consent. All other cookies are used only if you accept them, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003), and you can accept or refuse each category.

2. Categories of Cookies

4.2 Privacy. Personal data collected through cookies is processed in accordance with Nebuly’s privacy policy published on the Site, which explains your rights and how to exercise them, including by writing to legal@nebuly.ai.

4.3 Updates. Nebuly may update this policy by publishing a new version on the Site stating the date of its update.
